Federal Section 125 Plan
HR One Source offers a Section 125 Plan via salary reductions, allowing employees to reduce their Federal, FICA, Social Security, Medicare (and in some cases, State) taxes and increase their take-home pay! An employee may defer medical out of pocket (excluding premiums) and dependent care expenses each year to a specific dollar limit. HR One Source is the third party administrator of the Section 125 Plan, taking the deductions when your payroll is processed and issuing the checks when a request is submitted.
